Availability - Availability and price of any product subject to change at any time; Especially items in printed catalog. Ordering - If you need to place an order by check or money order, please use our mail-in order form. Don't forget, if you live in Missouri please add 7.6% sales tax. When you send payment please include your name and shipping address, clearly printed item names, amounts and quantities so that we can complete your order in a correct, efficient and timely manner. Shipping - Some of our products are shipped directly to you from the distribution center. Some items ship in one week, but usually take longer. For this reason we ask that you please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Occasionally BACKORDERS DO OCCUR. Returns/Exchanges - Returns are not accepted. Exchanges only if item is broken. Please contact us via email @ oracle@witchesglen.com regarding the broken item within 48 hours of receipt. We will send you info on how and where to return your item and will send you a replacement at our expense. Please open your package carefully so that you may pack it in the same box it was shipped in.
